Last year, our department faced a significant challenge when our oldest frontline pumper experienced engine failure and had to be taken out of service. As a result, we are working toward improving our fleet to ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service to our community while prioritizing the safety of our volunteers.
To remain in compliance with IRS requirements, we are posting this public notice to inform the community—whose support makes this department and its purchases possible—of our intent to replace the out-of-service apparatus.
